My lil sister broke her AC adapter and needed a new one. We went to best buy etc and they wanted 100 odd bucks for the adapters there. We decided to look online and found this. The price was right and it shipped fast so we had no complaints.

Seriously – considering the price was only $15 for the a knock-off version of the same power supply that HP wants $50 for and Best Buy wants $100… I was willing to take the risk and give it a whirl.
I’m REALLY glad that I did!
I’m using this for my HP 1000 (1116nr)… it doesn’t fit in the power-port 100% perfectly (it falls out easily) but it fits well enough to be worth the price and it works!
No complaints! Thank you!

What I love most about these are that they can be used for multiple HP laptops/netbooks – and I have quite a few. I often have trouble with keeping my adapters from dying a horrible death within a year or so, and it’s always great to find replacements that don’t cost an arm and a leg. Here’s the place to look if you need one – you won’t be disappointed. I know I wasn’t.
